My stay at the hotel was impressive. The rooms were easy to find, and the heater worked really well, which was great. They were very clean and had a modern look to them. The only downside was not being able to use the pool or fitness room due to construction, which was quite disappointing.

Nevertheless, the majority of the staff were very friendly and genuinely cared about ensuring a positive guest experience.

The location of the hotel was beautiful and charming, with a lot of local boutiques and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for us as we had activities in downtown Neenah. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was good, especially considering my granddaughter was in the hospital nearby. It's also an ideal spot if you plan on visiting Appleton, Oshkosh, or Green Bay.

Upon my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located and the staff to be incredibly accommodating. Though the dining options left something to be desired, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were exceptional. The hotel is wonderfully located close to the Lake and near downtown Neenah, surrounded by charming boutiques and restaurants. The rooms, though conveniently located across from the elevator and available 24/7, were spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. The friendly and accommodating service, particularly from our event coordinator Ashley Booth, was a standout. However, the dining experience, while ample with favorites, could use improvement in quality. The hotel is perfect for those with activities in downtown Neenah or ThedaClark Medical Center, offering a great value for its prime location and comfortable rooms.
